Choose A Finance Plan to Suit you best

Option 1. Cash Buyer

  • Payment within 30 days – 2.5% discount.

Option 2. Cash After 30 Days but not More 90 Days

  • List Price.

Option 3. Subject to Sale of a Property

  • Payment within 90 days – list price
  • Payment after 90 days – 1.25% pm of the purchase price after 90 days to the date of payment, calculated on a pro-rata basis
  • We will pay the selling agent of your property commission of 5% incl VAT or a maximum of R100,000 including VAT.  We will also pay a contribution up to R10,000 including VAT for your moving costs

Option 4. Suspensive Sale

  • 20% deposit
  • Prime on the balance of the purchase price plus the monthly levy
  • Settlement of full purchase price within 1 year from date of purchase

    Twice a week – no charge.
  1. Hairdresser
    Discounted rates.
  1. Free use of facilities
    Library, heated pool, gym, billiards, card room, putt putt and bowling green.
  1. Full liquor licence
    Mark up of only 50% on all spirits, wines and beers.
  1. Care Centre and clinic
    Special discount of 15% for residents.
  1. Meals in the dining room
    Breakfast, lunch and dinner at substantial discounts from that charged by restaurants.  10% discount for 20 meals in one month.
  1. Car wash facility
    R15.00 for exterior and R10.00 for interior.
  1. Movies
    Free movies on Saturday night in our very comfortable auditorium.
  1. Convenience Shop
    No need to travel for the small emergency items.
